Ranchero Steak Rub
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Rub rib eye steak with Ranchero rub over top surface.
Brush steak with olive oil.
Place steak on very hot grill or into a very hot cast iron pan and sear until golden brown.
Turn steak over and cook to desired doneness.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
